This 90-minute experience begins with an optional heart-opening cacao or herbal tea ceremony, inviting intention and presence into the space. From there, you’ll be guided through deep, conscious breathing to calm the nervous system and prepare your body for a powerful sound immersion.
Using a full spectrum of sacred sound healing instruments—including gong, crystal singing bowls, crystal lyre, chimes, tuning forks, frame drum, Tibetan bowls, and more—I create a soundscape that guides your body and energy field into deep rest, release, and realignment.
